HubSpot and Salesforce Integration
At Joor, I led the implementation and management of a Salesforce/HubSpot sync, creating a seamless connection between sales and marketing operations. This project required in-depth collaboration with CROs, sales, marketing, and IT teams to ensure both systems integrated effectively. By conducting regular cross-departmental meetings, troubleshooting integration challenges, and designing customized workflows, I not only streamlined processes but also saved the company tens of thousands of dollars by avoiding third-party implementation fees. This experience sharpened my ability to manage complex technical projects while balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders, reinforcing my expertise in project management and strategic decision-making.
HubSpot Implementation
At Cella, I took on a similar challenge as the project manager for HubSpot implementation, ensuring that all facets of ATS integration were meticulously addressed. I spearheaded sales training initiatives, leading sessions that empowered the entire sales team to become HubSpot-certified and adopt the platform effectively. Beyond implementation, I developed a suite of reporting dashboards tailored to the needs of the C-suite, as well as sales and marketing teams, offering actionable insights and fostering data-driven decision-making. These projects honed my skills in coordination, training, and strategic communication, while further solidifying my proficiency in leading end-to-end system integrations and change management initiatives.
